In the US alone, Black women leaders are the fastest-growing group entrepreneurs. Historically, Black females have earned less than men and less than Caucasian women with the same education and experience. Women are working tirelessly to change this. Black Women are now creating their own walkway to for their fight for their rights with equality and funding. Black women are now creating a platform for generations to come.
